- If you want to participate in one of our educational workshops or seminars, your personal information will be processed in order to provide you with this service.
- We sporadically make use of retargeting for educational and marketing purposes. Based on the data gathered by our website, we can approach a similar target audience via advertisements to draw attention to our educational services and/or products. This can occur in two ways:
Google Adwords remarketing pixel
The Adwords remarketing pixel is active on our website and we sporadically make use of this feature to retarget a lookalike audience via Google services. This pixel makes it possible that people who have visited our website and have shown interest in certain services, can be retargeted with an advertisement that matches their interests.
Part of Facebook’s analysis tool is that based on the data gathered by the Facebook pixel, users that match a certain profile that reflects the interest and behaviour reflected in the data, can be retargeted through a Facebook advertisement (often indicated as a sponsored post).
Automated decision making
It is possible that when making use of some of our services (Vicair try-out, web shop etc.) you can encounter automated decision making based on your personal data. This means that you can receive a message from one of our systems without the interferences of one of our employees. An example of this is the confirmation e-mail of a purchase or a reminder during a try-out period.
